This policy applies to purchases made from VARENNE through our online store.

7-day right of withdrawal

For online purchases delivered in Brazil, customers may withdraw from the purchase within 7 calendar days after receiving the order, in accordance with Article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code. When the statutory withdrawal right applies, VARENNE will provide return instructions and arrange or reimburse reasonable return shipping. Items should be returned with their accessories, packaging, and proof of purchase whenever possible. Reasonable inspection is permitted. Excessive use or damage beyond inspection may be assessed as allowed by law.

Defective or non-conforming products

Jewelry is treated as a durable product under Brazilian consumer law and is covered by the applicable 90-day statutory warranty for apparent or easily identifiable defects, counted from delivery. Hidden defects are counted from the date the defect becomes evident. Send the order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs for review.

Voluntary exchanges

Requests for a different size, color, or model are subject to availability. Contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery. Unless the exchange results from an error or defect attributable to VARENNE, shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility, as disclosed before confirmation.

Exceptions

Outside mandatory consumer rights, voluntary returns may be declined for personalized, engraved, altered, used, or hygiene-sensitive items that cannot be resold. These limits do not reduce rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, including amounts required by applicable law. Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time before the credit appears.
