These Terms of Service govern access to the VARENNE online store and use of its content and services. By using the store, you agree to these terms and to the policies linked here, subject to rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Store access

You must provide accurate information and use the store lawfully. You may not interfere with security, introduce malicious code, scrape the store in a way that disrupts service, impersonate another person, or use the store to violate third-party rights.

Products and content

We aim to present product photographs, colors, dimensions, materials, and availability accurately. Screen settings, lighting, handcrafted finishes, and natural materials can create minor variations. The product page and order confirmation contain the applicable item details.

Orders and payments

An order request is subject to payment approval, stock confirmation, fraud review, and acceptance by VARENNE. We may contact you to verify information or cancel an order affected by an obvious pricing error, unavailable stock, suspected fraud, or legal restriction, with an appropriate refund when payment has been captured.

Prices and promotions

Prices, taxes, shipping charges, promotion conditions, and currency are displayed during the purchase flow. Promotions may have stated eligibility, dates, quantities, or product restrictions.

Intellectual property

The VARENNE name, monogram, visual identity, photographs, text, graphics, and store design are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. No license is granted except the limited right to browse and purchase for personal use.

Third-party services

The store may rely on Shopify and other payment, logistics, analytics, or communication services. Third-party links and services may have separate terms and privacy notices.

Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, VARENNE is not responsible for losses caused solely by misuse, unauthorized access resulting from a customer's failure to safeguard credentials, or events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms prospectively by publishing a revised version. Brazilian law governs these terms, and consumers may use the forum and protections available under applicable consumer law.
