9. Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact support@varennejewel.com as soon as possible.

Once fulfillment or shipment has begun, we may no longer be able to change or cancel the order.

10. Returns and Refunds
VARENNE offers eligible returns within 30 days from the date of delivery.
For returns made solely because of change of mind, personal preference, size, or fit, the customer is responsible for the applicable return shipping cost.

This commercial guarantee is provided in addition to, and does not replace or restrict, mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
