These Terms of Sale apply to products purchased from the VARENNE online store and supplement our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy.

Product information

The product page identifies the item, material or finish, available options, price, and relevant care information. Please review measurements and variant selections before completing the order. Minor variations in finish and color may occur as described on the product page.

Order formation

Submitting checkout creates an order request. The sale is confirmed after payment authorization, stock validation, and issuance of the order confirmation. If we cannot accept the order, we will notify you and reverse any captured amount as applicable.

Payment and pricing

Accepted payment methods, installments where available, taxes, shipping, discounts, and the final total appear at checkout. We may correct clear technical or typographical errors before accepting an order.

Delivery

Shipping options and estimates are shown at checkout. Risk and responsibility for delivery are allocated according to applicable law. Please inspect the parcel on arrival and report damage, missing items, or discrepancies promptly.

Cancellation, returns, and refunds

Consumers purchasing online in Brazil may exercise the statutory 7-day right of withdrawal from receipt of the order. Additional procedures, voluntary exchanges, defects, and refund timing are described in our Refund Policy.

Statutory warranty

Products remain covered by mandatory legal warranties. For durable goods, apparent or easily identifiable defects are generally subject to the 90-day statutory period under Brazilian consumer law; hidden defects are counted from when they become evident.
